      We ask for 25% of the rent per week as a deposit when you make the booking.

     The rest of the rental should be sent 6 weeks before the date of your arrival. Instructions on how to get there will be sent to you.

     Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel 6 weeks or more before the rental period. If you wish to cancel less than 6 weeks before the rental period    and                    another  visitor wishes to book the cancelled period, you will receive a full refund. 

      If you or I are unable to find someone to take the cancelled week(s) you will be liable for the full rental. To insure against this eventuality you may wish to contact
